This is a HyperCard-generated tour of Chamber Works, the award-winnning (Computers in Phsics annual contest) Macintosh simulation of a particle-detection chamber, which has been used successfully in both high school and college physics classes to introduce subatomic physics. It is a self-extracting archive. Just double-click on the icon, and choose where you want the expanded file to go.
Chamber Works Tour is a self-contained application made with HyperCard 2.2. HyperCard is not required to run it. All you need is a color monitor and 1.75 megabytes of memory to allocate to the Tour, which uses the new color features of HyperCard 2.2.
The Tour contains brief descriptions of the various features of Chamber Works and includes color screen shots. Chamber Works is dynamic and interactive, so the Tour can only hint at the what the real program is like.
